1.) Install from Market.
2.) Backup folder: Android\obb\com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftMKHM
3.) Uninstall
4.) Install Mod!
5.) Restore folder: Android\obb\com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftMKHM
6.) Start Game.

Cheat Steps:
1.) New Game ? - Play tutorial, at the end all should be max.
2.) Load Game ? - Read Below!
Go to Shop, buy 1 item for gold, gold is now max!
Go to Shop, buy 1 item for crystal, crystal is now max!
Start fight, use Attack+ bonus, hearts are now max.

About the install of this game. It says here that I should backup the org obb, then install mode apk, restore the org obb... now the confusing part is that in the release package, there is one obb file AND one patch obb? O_o Any use of those?

The apk can be found literally everywhere, but obb folder seems to be comoletly lost, but still have my hopes up! 4pda links also only get`s 404 links, also once there was a titanium backup rar of it flooding around, only found this dead torrent:
