Is it just a matter of installing the apk, running it then copying the tomtom folder to the SD card?

hi there, the link for SEA part 1 is down - it keeps saying free slots in use even though i've waited for days not downloading anything (i've downloaded countless files from FF but have never gotten a problem before)

Don't know where else to post: I got speedcams in .ov2 format. I put them in Tomtom's country map on my smartphone. There should also be a bmp file. I found a speedcam icon and re-scaled it to 22*22, 24*24 and 44*44 and tried all three formats, also in the same country map, but these are not working. Should the bmp's be put somewhere else?

i installe DE-AT-CH, but when i start app it says, No Maps found... i installed all corrrectly to sdcard/tomtom/

Either maps in wrong folder or not activated. My maps are activated

Had the same for western Europe.
This was due to a mistake on a file name called metadata. Normally this file should be named ".metadata".

If you do not put the dot Tomtom try to find the files on external sdcard.
If you put the dot before the name, Tomtom find the files on internal sdcard because it can access the config file.

At least, that's how I solved my warning "can find map".

Problem found with USA_Canada_Mexico 1.1.1 .apk. It will not install, gives a "not enough space" error. Even tried install with adb install -r and it hangs. And there is plenty of room. Cleared out space to be sure. Folder installed on external sdcard /tomtom/com.tomtom.uscanmex/*files*. Tested the apk again from extracting it directly from the rar to make sure it wasn't corrupted after extraction. Even tried forcibly installing it to /system/app and changing permission. Force closes repeatedly.
