Are maps available for countries where nds version is not available? If so, are there any problems once the app goes online or is it possible to use it just like the Go version?

110mb version is a sap (split apk) It can be installed with split apks installer
this is the 165.561kb version for install over 1.9.3 (no moded version)

Yes, I am from New Zealand and I have the same prob Google play says "This app is incompatible with all of your devices and Countrie." so I got it from here and I could download the Nz maps as will.
