Thanks. I updated my device (C220), but if I keep the voice looping with a flyover it seems to still crash eventually just like the july 2007. Maybe this device just can't keep up.

Thanks.

I think, your problem is related to your hardware, even maybe a RAM problem. Your PNA have 32MB RAM, but others 64MB. Everybody use V3.3 on different PNA's including C310. Did you find any information about TTS on C220 in gpspassion forums?

Yes, this is what I figured. No big deal. I was hoping that the newer version might fair better under low ram conditions.

Another thing I noticed. I swear using the July version that I see more GPS sats in on my GPS screen, and it seemed to take longer to get to "high" accuracy. Could someone else see if this true for them? I will revert to July to do a test.

Edit: Tests show similar results. Not sure what I was thinking, but it just seemed like less. I will do a hard reset and see time to aquire.

Thanks for the new version! I don't see any new feature yet.

I had tried TTS on my friend's c220 with all the combinations but it still crashes sometimes.
I gave up and not to use TTS in C220 and install C310_MioPlus_320x240_Skins.rar as seen in this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=38&t=28055&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=150
It looks cool with a lot of features like repeat the next turn, big street names, and bright colors...
BTW, the c220 speaker is not very loud as C310x; therefore, TTS is not very helpful.
Thanks all of you to make these Mio gps more enjoyable.

I think this Sept version displays more detail about the next turn street names and improve the Route Parameters setting so far.
However, I had found one bug in the display when I simulated from Great Mall to Gilroy Premium Outlets (in CA).
It displayed Sinclair Fwy SB (680) then US 101 Toward San Francisco. It changed to US 101 Toward Los Angeles about 100 yards before the turn :(.
I will test it on the road later.
btw, I use 2007.1 maps

I see another level in the auto sleep mode now. Before with July 5th, it would just dim once and then keep the screen on.

Now, on battery mode, it seems to dim, and then later blank the screen for even more power savings.

Cool.

Would you buy the original software, if cracked one have slight errors. How could you sure if this is a bug or a protection method?

How could we forget that, iGO deletes (makes 0 length) some files, if is not properly cracked? And if the file "coldinit.exe" will be zero length, some but not all PDA's need to be hard-resetted. (for example wm2003 is not affected from coldinit.exe) This is the reason for some PDA owners hard-resetted their PDA's during beta phase of iGO plus.
This was prevented by changing "wb" texts to "rb" texts (this is not my idea, i've never text-edited iGO), but they encrypted those texts later.

Here is the proof of, iGO deletes your files, if not properly cracked. They are liar

The maps are genuine.
There is no bug for July mio software; however, it only shows US 101 (not NB or SB).
That is why I said the Sept mio software are more detail about the turning street names.
