Hi, can someone help me out? I downloaded this from the mirror but when I install it on my iPad, it never fully loads. It just says "Installing"

Was there a special method to installing? I'm on an iPad 2, 7.1.2 Jailbroken. I just added .ipa to my library in iTunes...
